What you will learn

Practical training for real responsibilities.

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; typically 4–5 weeks
Part-time morning: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM; typically 9 weeks
Part-time evening: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; typically 9 weeks
Weekend: Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; typically 11 weeks
Resident care, infection prevention, communication, vital signs and state-exam preparation

Before you begin

Enrollment requirements.

Minimum age: 16
Government-issued identification and completed enrollment documents
Health examination, TB clearance and required background clearance
Travel to the Lancaster campus and assigned clinical site
Review current class availability before starting enrollment

Bell serves Palmdale students from its Lancaster campus. Clinical training takes place at the assigned healthcare facility. Schedule details and availability depend on the selected cohort. California CNA certification requires meeting the state’s applicable certification and examination requirements. Ask Admissions about payment arrangements and agency funding eligibility.
