Submitting a form does not reserve a seat, guarantee funding or confirm admission. Bell will review the request and confirm the next step.

What happens next

A clear path to enrollment

Submit the correct form with contact, class and funding information.
Bell reviews the request and verifies current class availability.
Funding is coordinated with the student and sponsoring agency.
Bell confirms enrollment in writing after all requirements are satisfied.

Keep sensitive records out of these forms.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, identification documents or payment information. Bell will provide the authorized Wix upload process when documents are required.
